Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They offered to send a replacement to the correct address. Make sure they have the correct address.
On 10/31/2025, I bought a grey baseball cap and a blue one and never received them. They were tracked all the way to the States, and I haven't heard anything since.

Missing item

I ordered an angel ornament for my friend, and it has not been delivered. Tracking states it is in the U.S.
at the customs depot. That was December 1st; it is December 22nd. Where is it? The tracking # 667236****37095****.
Where is this angel ornament? This is a Christmas gift.
My next step will be contacting my credit card company, filing a complaint, and getting a refund to my card. It's been over a month and a half since I ordered this!

I ordered the f caw f hat, it came in a small plastic bag smashed up. The decal is off center and slightly tilted ( that could be from how bad it was smashed) Dont order from this company.

Received garbage item. Not worth it
I ordered the leather hat clips. Garbage; they won't hold any hat. The magnetic pull is not nearly strong enough.

Customer gave me the run around and sent fraudulent tracking information. I had to get proof from usps the tracking information wasn't mine and escalate with PayPal. PayPal issued a refund and submitted this company as fraudulent.
Ordered and received tracking. I received multiple tracking numbers and never received my order.
The tracking numbers I received were not even for my address. DO NOT ORDER from this site.

Ordered some artificial flowers on April 6th after seeing an ad on Facebook and as of today (May 20th), I have yet to receive them. I have emailed them numerous times and keep receiving vague and ambiguous responses without saying anything really tangible per se.
I wish I would have done more research prior to ordering as well as trusted my gut to not order anything off Facebook (my bad). Oh well, off to file a fraud claim with my bank.
Trust me as well as others here and DO NOT order anything from them!

Ordered plastic flowers for Mother's Day gift. It is July now and I just received a email saying they were delivered.
Tracking shows it was delivered in Toronto with no specific address.
I don't live in Toronto. I am at least an hours drive away from Toronto. Asked for a refund and first they responded by asking for a picture of my product to proof of the problem.
Then they responded that my package has been delivered and I can take it up with the local post office. It was supposed to be delivered by a courier service.

I ordered two hats on 12/24/24, but I never received them. Despite contacting them multiple times, I was given a variety of stories.
An email from them dated 1/26/2025 stated that they would request the carrier to expedite the shipment, which they would only be able to do if the package was still in transit. On 2/12/2025, they mentioned that the shipping agent confirmed that the package was still in transit. Moreover, their website indicated that the package was still out for delivery as of 01/10/2025, when I entered the order number.
However, if I enter the tracking number on their website, it displays the message 'Could not find order.' Later, on 02/15/2025, they stated that the package had been delivered on 1/15/2025! This is a scam!

Ordered scarf. Have been waiting for 49 days as of today, and I have received absolutely NOTHING.
I have emailed back and forth with their useless customer service many times and the bottom line is that they don't care that I haven't received my item and that they are not willing to give me my $24 refund. I am now disputing the charge with my bank.

I ordered the bunny trees too in March. Never received them.
After emailing the company they replied that they checked, and my item was delivered on April 10th. They told me to check with any neighbors who might have intercepted my package or to contact my postal carrier.
Gave me a tracking number which isn't even accurate through the US postal service. I just sent them another email but unfortunately I think this was a scam!
